Note from the Organisers

  • There are 2 rooms with consecutive talks on throughout the day. These are the Main Stage (Petit Amphitheatre) and the Europa Stage (Room 162).

  • All panels will be translated live into French and English. Headsets will be provided.

  • Talks in the main auditorium will be streamed in the lounge areas.

  • All coffee & lunch will be served in La Grande Galerie on the ground floor.

  • There is a networking lounge with refreshments on the first floor in Room 151.

  • We recommend guests plan which talks to attend in advance as there will be simultaneous talks and limitations on how many can attend each talk.

  • Attendees will have access to an in-conference networking app to arrange meetings, attend talks and connect with other attendees.
